Abstract

Sources Islamic law , discuss of diverse sources of law in
the Mohammedan religion .Start of the Al Quran an that is sign
largest for mankind that serve as main sources of law in Islam .But ,
as he it Al Quran an is very universal , it takes a who of signs Al
Quran .Here the role of al-hadits or as-sunnah needed .After this Al
Quran and As-Sunnah , is Ijma and Qiyas, Istihsan, Istishab,
Mashlahah Mursalah, Zaddudz Dzarai’, Urf, and Syar’un man
Qablana, that arise for have a problem special not explained details
of both in the Al Quran and in As-Sunnah
