PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI: STUDY KASUS PADA PONDOK PESANTREN ATTAQWA PUTRA BEKASI – JAWA BARAT
This study aims to find out the leadership role in change at Pesantren Attaqwa Putra Bekasi. The research utilized case study method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were through interview, observation, document analysis and questionnaire. Analysis data used the reduction system, data display, and verification/conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the role of leadership in change at Pesantren Attaqwa Putra Bekasi included: a) determining the direction of the organization by developing a good vision, developing a vision so that it could be understood by all stakeholders, disseminating a broad vision, and determining strategies by focusing all school activities to achieve vision; b) as spokesperson, in this regard the pesantren leaders advised teachers, established relationships with teachers, and mobilized support from outside; c) as trainers, pesantren leaders built solid team works, built trustworthy both internally and externally, motivated teachers to work, and directed teachers to provide the best services; d) as agents of change, pesantren leaders decided to make changes, changed the mindset of teachers, innovated in structure and curriculum, anticipated future trends by producing quality graduates.
